Default Creaky rear brakes

Anyone else notice this? When I get out the car after applying the auto hand brake the rear creakes. Also as I come to a dead stop with a reasonable amount applied to the foot brake the rear makes the same noise. If I give the car a shove from the rear also creakes.

Can't imagine the pads are slipping car has only done 8k on them.

Noticed for a while now not sure if the wet affects it or not.

Its most likely to be suspension settling while auto hold is applying the brakes, the discs will move slightly making the creaking noise.
Try turning off auto hold and auto park brake and putting gear selector into park position instead of parking brake and see if the creaking stops.

My caravan brakes creak if I forget to disable easy entry and air suspension drops after turning engine off and front of caravan lowers.
