Default 480 celebration possible sale...

I'm currently driving a friends 480, while my v70 is being repaired. Unfortunately due to a change in his circumstances he might have to sell it.

I'm just wondering if there would be much interest on here?

There is a pic of it in one of my other posts in the 400 section (not a great pic though so will get some better ones up at the week end).

So what is it:

1995 (N) 480 Celebration, 116 of 500.
White
2.0 manual
115K miles (ish)

It has all the usual faults:
leaky boot (light seals I believe)
Faulty info centre, although there is a spare which I might sort out and put in soon
Missing day light lens
Misty long range lights - lenses need resealing (if thats possible?)
Faded rear clusters
Front splitter is broken
X1 rusty rear arch - saveable with some work
X1 rusty rear arch - needs a bit more work than the other

Some good bits:
Overall the body is fairly good, apart from the main points already mentioned.
Currently on a set of aftermarket tws wheels but does have the original alloys
Brakes overahalled a year or so ago
New front spring
Its a classic! and becoming quite a rare thing.

So, the important bit... value. I know its only worth what some one is willing to pay / accept but at the same time we all know the classic & collector value of the car and I don't want my friend to give it away for peanuts really.

In good condition I'd expect to get around £1500-£2000 so maybe around £1K as it is? (don't shout too much! - be nice!)

Let me know your thoughts, I'll try and get some better photos up at the week end.
