Hi,
Can anyone recommend a good quality OEM coil pack? Who makes the packs for Volvo?

Bosch. Don't replace all of them, just the one that's faulty, and keep another one for spare in the trunk. Not your case but while on this topic, never ever spray water on top of the engine (such as for cleaning purpose).
