Vida 2014d works on Windows 7 Professional but there are other ways of having Vida for free.

There are 3 buying options.....

Option 1
£85 cash on collection from Crewe in Cheshire or from the 3 x Cheshire M6 service areas (Keele, Sandbach and Knutsford) north or southbound.

Option 2
£95 delivered to mainland UK (Inc. Northern Ireland)
Paid via PayPal friends and family only.

Option 3
Highlands, Islands, Republic of Ireland, Europe and everywhere else is £85 for the Dice/Vida plus you pay the cost of whichever delivery service you choose.

Hi there,
I am very very new to this Volvo forum, not even that sure how to use it either.

Can I ask for some help,

I have a Volvo dice unit already, but like many others, it has come with software that just doesn't add up/work.

So my main question to you is, are you able to help me with some decent software that will be easy to load/ understand the loading instructions, etc.

If so please let me know soon as, I am desperate to get to use this new device,
such a shame its sat in the box now for months.

some advise / help would be brilliant.

They're all made in China and none are tested on a Volvo before sending so whether you buy from China or a UK importer makes no difference unfortunately.
Most of the UK sellers are Chinese anyway which I know from the PayPal accounts and the difficulties in explaining the faults on non working Dice before returning them.

If you're buying a new Dice, your risks are the same except from me of course because I test them.

I have been hearing about VIDA and DICE for years, but other that reading fault codes, I have no idea exactly what it does.
Can you explain, Cherished5, or anyone else in the know?
