Would really need to see the other valve clearances to comment but yes, it's highly likely this is the cause of your low compression. What's worse is if they haven't checked the clearances or used the wrong figures for them, chances are they're all wrong. If they're all wrong by the same factor then i'd suggest they thought they were using Imperial gauges and converted to Metric on the basis of 2.54mm = 0.1" which isn't the right conversion for this as it's too large but works out if done correctly. I suspect they converted the wrong way.

Working again
Hi,
I was.on the D24T.COM site and got a good tip from member there. I ended up oiling the piston rings ....left oil in bore over night and put back together and works perfect again.
