  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Finally fixed the remote fob.
I glued a small bit of perspex to the to of the battery clip and more the remote works perfect.
Super glue and thin perspex.
Just remember to sand the plastic a bit so the glue can stick.
Should be a photo enclosed.

I have a spare fob for the V70:~ same as listed, a repair has been made to the small battery holding tag with what looks like a soldering iron melt i.e. a small area has been heat formed into a holding lip.

Resulted in a quick effective fix for me.
Might splash out on a new case whilst its all apart.
