Gauging interest 2006 V70R GT
Hi everyone,
Just gauging interest to see if its worth selling my 2006 V70R GT 79K Electric Silver Metallic / Nordkap Metallic Soft Leather / Brushed Aluminium Trim With the arrival of a baby daughter and no longer having the time to spend on my original baby That and the fact that the back seat leg room is surprisingly bad trying to fit a car seat into! I've been thinking about a change. Im the 3rd owner of which the first owner had it most of its life 06-16 The car is borderline immaculate for its age. Fully serviced Angle gear and sleeve replaced about 8k ago (off top of head) Valve body about 5k ago All new coils and plugs 500 miles New steering rack, end links, tie rods, drop links. Fuel pressure sensor last month 4c fully working No service lights Loads of receipts including proof of timing belt and work done etc... 4x Goodyear Efficientgrip about 5000k old All the usual R bits plus Mareks Bluetooth handsfree kit What are your guys thoughts on an asking price? Cheers for your time and any questions please ask. Steve Last edited by uneatenmeat; Mar 27th, 2018 at 19:40. |

Given the condition, low miles, desirable 6 speed auto (vs the crappy 5 speed earlier model) and looking at the AutoTrader prices for some of those Japanese imported ones, I reckon you could ask for 8-9k.

Beautiful.
Would you be willing to sell the Marek Bluetooth unit separately? |

ectoplasmosis - I think I'll keep it in for the new owner. Highly recommend it though if your on the fence about getting one.
Think I've got my eyes on a 2010 325d M sport touring to cart the family around in now so think I'm going ahead with a sale, just depends how long that will take. |

Leaps and bounds above the 5 speed but with being an 06 didn't benefit from the more robust valve body as the 07 however I changed this out a few K ago for the uprated one. Would have liked an M66 but as mine is rare a the proverbial rocking horse I was never able to get my hands one.

Does the 3 series have more leg room than the V70? Crikey!

This wouldn't suprise me, I have to admit the rear leg room is rubbish, Volvo made a great Cabin for the front, and mega load space but had to compromise a touch on the rear I think, with both front seats all the way back the legroom is rubbish.
