Injectors not working

I have volvo C30 1,6d 2007 with some problems
Volvo vida and dice is used when diagnosing

Engine is cranking, there is fuel pressure on the rail, but the injectors are not firing.
I have measured continuity on the connections from the ECM/ECU to the injectors, i have also measured for shorts to ground/positive to injector wirings.
The resistance of the injector coils are around 0.2 ohms
All fuses are OK and the relay for ECM is also good.
When cranking and ignition the voltage on the injectors are 3V

Volvo vida gives me "Faulty signal" on all injectors.

ECM-2310 injector cyl 1 - Faulty signal
ECM-2320 injector cyl 2 - Faulty signal
ECM-2330 injector cyl 3 - Faulty signal
ECM-2340 injector cyl 4 - Faulty signal
BCM-0101 Communication between control modules. Communication problems with the engine control module (ECM)

I can read live values of the ECM so i dont know how is not working


The car had recently had its DPF filter replaced, i dont know how it could be affected.

i just parked the car and started it two days later and it would not work, i have also recharged the battery.
