pynkphizee New Member Last Online: Mar 25th, 2021 17:56 Join Date: Oct 2016 Location: stevenage	Auto volvo 940 wont start I love my car, i keep getting told its old and now it appears frozen I have 2 keys and 2 fobs but i haven't used the fobs for a while because after changing the batteries in one it didn't respond every time and i feared being locked out or using the key to open and the alarm going off or the car being immobilised Now after i filled my car up last Wednesday, i went to use it on Thursday and although it has a new battery and it turns over it wont catch/turn on, (not sure if that explains it properly) I wasn't sure if it was the immobiliser, fob, key transponder or the volvo safeguard thing i keep reading about it wasn't essential that i go out but thought maybe someone on here might be able to point me in the right direction before i try anything, or use the 2nd key set its a P reg 2.3 turbo petrol 940
