2000-2004 S40/V40 Throttle Pedal
Hi all.
I've been doing some research, but can't find what I'm looking for, hopefully someone here can help me! I'm wanting to move the throttle pedal on my '03 V40 1.9D, maybe 10mm-20mm further towards me. I noticed that there are three nuts that hold the pedal onto a metal plate, and as such, I can't jsut source/make a space for the pedal, as the threads on the plate won't be long enough. I was hoping that someone here had any idea or pictures of the metal plate behind the throttle pedal, so as to gauge whether there's anything I could do with the plate itself, as regards moving the pedal. I'm not too worried about the pedal stopper, as I can just cut some metal to size and source a longer bolt. I understand that this is a very strange question, but I couldn't think of a better place to ask. Thanks in advance. |
