Default V50 D2 Actuator

Hi all, ive owned my v50 for only 7 months but already i have had the dpf removed cleaned and refitted, the egr replaced, all 4 injectors replaced, engine serviced parkijg sensors replaced but now im getting like a surge in power when driving, just holding the thorttle in one position, a code for the actuator came up but it was cleared from the stored faults and has came back since but i still get the same faults, all work was carried out by my local garage but i will order and replace this myself, could someone point me in the right direction as to where its located in the engine bay please?
