  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default Urgent re in car entertainment problem

Have MY11 se lux.. Today am having big probs... Initially rear view cameras not disengaging when driving forward, that has now stopped but only radio is working, sat nav and iPod are not working...

Anyone had this issue, anyone got any ideas on how to solve???

Talk to your dealer. Get them to demonstrate the facilities if they can.

Had a similar thing a few weeks ago on holiday. Parked up everything was working, back to the car later and radio etc all dead. Bit worried at the thought of a long journey without entertainment. Stopped about an hour later and left the car for a while, came back and everything was magically working again and has done so since.
Do not know what caused it, weather was dry, only thought was that it might have been some electrical (phone masts or similar) interference that may have caused it to die on me. Not taken it to the dealers as it has not happened again, putting it down to a random gremlin.


Hope yours gets sorted.

More than likely a Sensus issue.Been there done that!

Contact dealer!

Thanks guys. Returned to car Tuesday evening, completely dead... Since been to dealer who confirmed software upgrade needed. Now applied I hope for happier motoring!
