Default xc60 wing mirror security light

The wing mirror security light of our xc60 is handing loose. Cant seem to be able to pop it back into place. Do I need to remove casing of wing mirror to secure it ? Thanks

It is probbaly broken , the retaining catch breaks if the light is prised out from outside , you need to take the glass out to release the catch without breaking . You could glue it back in i guess .. or replace the light ...
