Default 07 d5 transmission and engine codes

07 VOLVO XC90 2.4 D5

Hello dear Volvo drivers, I would highly appreciate your help on this topic.

Recently on longer trips I've been getting the check engine light, dstc light or the anti-skid and gearbox repair messages on screen.

The car was driving fine, no noises, no lost of power. I hooked up my OBD scanner to check the codes and got the result:

P0613
P0741
P0234

As I said the car is driving fine, and I would like to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks.

They're generic codes so just type them into Google.

Well I googled and now know what they mean. But I'm concerned why do they keep coming up if the car is driving like new.

You need to get the problem properly diagnosed using VIDA
A generic OBDII code reader only gives you 10% of the information that VIDA gives you
VIDA will allow a proper diagnosis and assessment of the situation
Either see a dealer that uses VIDA, or if you want to go down the DIY path try asking a fellow forum member with VIDA to help.

I'd be happy to help, but you live 18 hours drive and 1700 kms away from me
