XC90 Will not start after new seals on one injector?

I found an injector leaking 'slightly' on my XC90 (60 plate, 2011) and removed it to find a seal missing from injector body. I replaced the injector as I did not have a seal and bled the system and it started without any hassle.

Yesterday I removed the same injector fitted the new seal and replaced the injector and bled the system as before, but I cannot get it to start. I have repeated the bleeding procedure several times without success.

I have two error codes and the Red Triangle Of Death - P075 and P2463. I cleaned the Particle Filter the previous week and have used the vehicle daily since then!

I am now thinking that I have upset the 'electronics' and I need to code or recalibrate the injector, or all four? I have a Vident iAuto 702 Pro scanner.

I would be very grateful for any advice or suggested procedures to find the cause. I have read the numerous threads on injectors causing starting problems, but cannot relate them to one injector! Many thanks for reading this and I look forward to any suggestions.

try eraseing all codes then try again. ask if any one local has vida dice.where in lancashire are you are you ? there are at least 3 northwest based groups mostly on facebook an ask on one of these groups may find you some one with vida equipment

Simmy, many thanks for your quick reply and suggestion. I work the afternoon shift so only get a limited time in the mornings. I am rostered off on Friday so it may have to wait until then when I can give it the full day!

I also read on the Internet that if all else fails, I should go through the motions of a 'service' with the Vident box? Not looking forward to doing that.

I'm still open to collecting possible solutions to work through on Friday. Cheers.
