If you plug in Vida, it won't definitively say, xyz is the problem with no effort from yourself but what Vida can do better than anything else on a Volvo is give you all the data and the correct range in which the data should be.
You can then investigate individual components and sensors.

Dice and Vida is certainly your best hope of solving the issue.

Windows 7 laptop purchase off fleabay for £35 and Vida installed.
Had a fight with Micro**** this morning as it had installed a gazillion updates including IE11, so spent the morning backing it down to IE9.
Vida now runs, so will be going out for a play shortly.
Is there a Vida manual?

Got the manual, but thanks to poxy Windows updates, Vida won't run.
I get the green icon but something is using port 80 which I believe is blocking Vida.
Any ideas?

Check for Skype and uninstall if it's there.

Ref earlier comment, Vida works perfectly with IE11 as per the instructions I emailed you last week.

When you unpacked the DVD to create the Vida installation folder in My Documents, how big in Gigabytes is the Vida installation folder?
