XC70 2000 2.4T getting there..

I think i'm getting there with the old gal,
I get a creak and a knock from the rear and noticed that it only did it when the passenger side rear was compressed. Underneath I found the rear anti roll bar bushes loose. The bar can slide in them so thats the next job. I think its this what is causing the creak and knock. It goes off above 10 mph so I don't think its anything to worry about until it falls off lol.
I have a rattle over bumps which i'm visioning is front drivers wheel area.. any ideas greatfully recieved.
And a vibration in the car at 50-60mph.. summising centre bearing.. Is it an hard job or is it **** as hard as poss with mc hammer?
And the exhaust has a blow somewhere so thats gonna get changed.
And the engine thrust bush is now a lovely poly bush. Vibrates a tad at tick over but the 8 inches of for and aft of the gear stick now has gone.

I love this car tho.. is at 60mph on motorway approx 40mpg good for the 200bhp petrol?
