right lower engine mount failed
Looks like my right lower mount has failed - picking up a new one tomorrow.
Hope this is the cure for the grinding and clunking coming from that area! |

Can I ask a silly question on this subject...
I have the V8 4.4 with the 6 speed Auto M66 gearbox and cannot find any reference to the gearbox torque mount..can anyone confirm it has 1 as I have changed this mount on justabout every Volvo I’ve had?! Steve

At 7min - 34 sec in it looks to me like there is a torque mount. You can see the two bolts going into subframe.👍

new mount installed
A good mornings' work.
