Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):

Offside Front Tyre slightly damaged/cracking or perishing (5.2.3 (d) (ii))
Nearside Front Anti-roll bar pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement (5.3.4 (a) (i))
Offside Front Anti-roll bar pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement (5.3.4 (a) (i))

From the online MoT History of your car ^^^^^^^ the clue is in the words "pin or bush" which is going to be the drop-links.

If it was the D-bushes on the bar to chassis mount, it would simply be "bush" but out of the two, taking a guess, the drop-links wear quicker so i'd go for them.

Easy answer is look underneath, locate the drop-links and see if they look new which they probably will.

Stick your head under the car and have a look, most likely it is the bushes that clamp on to the ARB as I have never worked on a 940 where they aren't splitting open!

I think one of the tail lights is broken (N/S) but the O/S one looked okay.

I will get my verniers out tomorrow Dave and measure for you.

I think the rear should be the same as it came off the same sort of car ie 940 turbo.

I'll find out soon Luke, just about to take the hound for her daily exercise and i'll take my digital "Very-Near Gauge" with me. The way i park the front is usually a bit higher off the ground than normal so should be able to sneak in with the Vernier without having to crawl under.

Couldn't park in my usual spot for walkies Luke so i'll have to have a look and measure tomorrow, need to get underneath to check something on the middle box so will measure the rear one as well while i do that and up front need to check the O/S/F sensor so again, will check the front ARB size then.

Question for you all.

My bus has roof rails fitted but seems to have 'evidence' of a gutter mounted rack too.

Do the 'trade' racks fit above the standard roof rails or is it a 'suck it and see' thing?

Cheers,

F.
