Unhappy Nivomats!

My beautiful 53 plate 2.0l Sport Lux estate ( Low profile tyres - apparently this makes a difference?) has just failed his MOT with an advisory that one of the rear shocks is leaking. He's only done 99.5K miles and runs beautifully but £600 for new Nivomat Self Levelling Shocks plus the full service he needs plus potentially new discs and pads all round oh and thats not to mention a new front tyre because of uneven wear - so that means a pair....you see where I'm heading £££££££ .......more than he's worth :-( So what I'm asking is has anyone out there got a pair of used Nivomats that would fit my boy for sale? My wonderful mechanic is looking too but I thought I'd try my luck on here too.

Unlike normal shocks, Nivomats are safe to use 2nd hand. AND you can replace them in ones. Because they're Nivomats, they are very reliable, stay within tolerances like they left the factory, until they fail by leaking.

Ive replaced a rear one on my XC90 with a 2nd hand one. Perfect. Ride height is the same as the one I did'nt replace, just like it left the factory.
