In your case, being from Spain, there is no plausible reason why this delay is happening. You should try another dealer. When I was searching for my Volvo, 3 dealers gave me 3 distinct timeframes for delivery:
January, Mid-February and End-February.

The car arrived December 12th and was delivered on the 20th.

Im afraid that 7 months is the expected time for the S90, as i ask 3 dealers and the 3 told me the same expected arrival time.

It is supposed to begin its build may 10th, i will update

Yes, I asked in several dealers and got exactly the same answer.

Cancelled my Momentum Pro S90 dealership supplying S90 R Design Winter Pack Premium Silver either next Friday or Saturday

November, at the earliest, for a standard S90 MY20 in Osmium, and that cannot be guaranteed. Volvo UK looking to divert allocations to other territories, due to demand.

I don’t get why the dealers are still offering great deals on factory-build, contract hire, when they are unable to fulfil orders. This issue seems to be going back a few months, as well.

I’ve committed to a MY19.5, in stock - delivery beginning of June.

I took delivery today worth the wait what a car knocks my 5 series into a cocked hat , 6 months and threatening to cancel another car arrived in 5 days
