Any sucess?
Hello,
Has anyone had success rotating the clip at the base of the mechanism as was recommended in an earlier thread? Any photos/videos? Shadeyman, did you manage to repair the mechanism? Thanks! |

I have read your post about fixing the unfolding mirror problem. At the last part of the post, you use the word operstes. I did not understand it. Can you use a similar word? I have the same problem with my mirrors on my XC 60. The pivot spindle was it easy to remove? How much time did it took you to resolve one mirror? I want to do what you explained in your post. Best regards. |

I can confirm the fix works perfectly. Thank you ncnmra
Free'd the large cable first, gave me enough slack to easily lift the mirror off. And i managed to get the Push Nut off without damaging it. Last edited by Shadeyman; Jan 12th, 2019 at 11:25. |
