Default xc60 drive e 2010 horn stopped working

hi all

just after some thoughts before i take it to the garage.... my xc60 drive e 2010 horn has stopped working. id noticed for a while it has started to sound a touch feeble .... but its gone completely now. no warning lights anywhere for what its worth..... just wondering if this is a common think and a diy fix?

any help appreciated!

Sounds like a bad earth either on the horn itself or god forbid, on the steering wheel.
