I've just had my yearly service on my xc60 2014,£290 did mention my Aux belts needed to be changed. Took it back to them to do the belts to supply and fit the 2 auxiliary belts part numbers

£30.60 each belt
£73.50 labour both plus vat £26.94

Hopefully this will help.
Had my Cam belt,waterpump & tensioner done at Volvo didn't cost me as much as their quoting you but had that done at 90,000 .
