Just put a deposit on an S60

Well it had to be a Volvo really, no.3 for me. My first was an 850 T5, then another 850, 2.5SE 10v estate which I still have (a 95 N plate with 79k on it).

And now this.....

.hope it is all ok, haven't seen it yet but have put deposit on it ready to collect next weekend.

What ya'll think then???? It seems to have a few goodies on it.

Very nice. Link does not work.
But I can only find one S60 on the site.

I assume it is the RED one, don't see them often in red.

Looks very nice, and you have the right engine. Good miles for its age.

Insist on Full Service History and all past MOTs being present to back-up mileage.

Please be aware that red cars are most prone to paint problems re. fading, matting and blooming, plus, as I'm a Spurs supporter I fecking hate all red cars!!!

It's got the Nav system with bluetooth phone thingy, and the sport pack with the 18" wheels....mmmmmm.

Full service history, all paperwork.

My 850 is a red one too......well sort of Pinkish now but it does polish up well when I can be bothered!!!

IMO ... Offer him £4000 take it or leave it.

With the end of the month and the end of the year coming soon, I bet you he'll deal at or very near to that figure.

This time of year is the buyers market.

As a Vauxhall Dealer, he's probably effectivly only paid someone c.£2500 for that car as a trade-in.

So screw him down to the floor!

Aha,
if only cash was involved! Unfortunately I've got a lemon to part exchange him and he's given me a fair deal on it, took a bit of haggling but I did ok out of it, got what I wanted within my budget.
