DTUK CRD Tuning Box

got on of these for sale. i went to DTUK to get this fitted and only drove it away when i was happy.

its the RED / CRD system

it comes in the box with the following:
Volvo D5 163/185 instructions
cable (to connect to fuel rail)
blanking plug to remove box and short the cable so the car works as if its not there
weather proof bag.

note to tune the box you remove the see-thro cover and turn the screw. i decided to remove the cover, drill it and plug the hole with a brake caliper bleed plug cover to save removing the cover. its all sealed fine and saves time, tweaking.


and i tweaked the tuning up a couple of notches. it ran great for over a year and helped the towing of the caravan.

my car is a 2004 manual XC90 163bhp D5 but the instructions say it suits the 185bhp D5 too. can always call DTUK if you wanted to check.
reason for selling - looking for a new tow bus with more power as standard....need a bigger caravan for growing family!
