VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Hi, I bought a V90CC through affinity and volvo PCP in July 2017 and there was an offer of 4 years free servicing at the time I’m now due my 4th service but the car only shows a 3 year servicing package on the volvo system, I can’t find any written record of the 4 year offer either so I’m stuck. There was definitely a 4 year offer as I pointed it out on the volvo website to the salesman at the time who said he’s get my record amended. I’m just wondering if any other V90CC owners bought in the summer of 2017 and got 4 years free servicing?
