After full charge AKU - and change him to new - car try to start but only for 1 second, video:

Hi mate,

not sure if this will help, i had similar gremlins. spent alot of money getting a CEM replaced at over £1,500... with problems still. In the end the mechanic said the DEM module was faulty. he wanted to charge another £1000 for that. i eventually got a guy to change it for £170. Could you DEM be faulty? If you have a DEM, remove its wire into the CEM and see if the problem is solved.
