Was that just a BSR remap or something else? They seem to do quite well from just a remap and I must admit a little bit of extra torque would be nice!

I have the remap, my exhaust has a centre silencer delete and I have a free flow air filter in the original air box, and a turbo control valve from a Cayenne Turbo S which is supposed to give better boost control rather than any extra power.

It certainly a lot quicker to pick up, and holds power higher up in the rev range.

Feels a lot more meaty in the mid range, it doesn't kick down as much now, it just holds its gear and goes.

I am rather stumped as to why nobody seems to be interested?

Any feedback please?

Selling cars on owners club forum is difficult as most already have a Volvo?

I have no idea - looks like a nice car at a fair price to me with a decent ad and pics, I think people just prefer the practicality of a V70 and these are overlooked!

I have to say I think that is a lovely colour combo and a nice looking car overall.

You asked so I'm gonna say why I think.....

This is not the place to sell it, the colour is very marmite, S60's are unloved by many as not practical, petrol non-sporty Volvos are unloved by many.

I appreciate why you are advertising it as such as it is a great example and you have looked after it but....

If I were you I would take the following approach - remove the vast majority of the pictures and specifically any with any negativity (ie 24mpg av). Stick the thing on Autotrader £100-£150 above the real minimum you'll take.

Put a new MOT on it.

Write a good ad but remove all the guff about negative stuff and what you think it might need, at this price point nobody cares about niggles and it comes across to many as backside covering.

Good luck with the sale, it is a really nice motor for sure.

Personally I like the honesty and level of detail gone into the original advert - but you might be right, someone on Autotrader might take it as it is regardless of niggles at this price point.

If it had done less miles than my own one I'd buy it myself, I prefer the colour to my metallic grey version

The lack of practicality is definitely a point though, there are superminis with more rear legroom and more accessible boot space!
