Default B230 exhaust flange + CNC laser parts

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F222736141103

I've started offering custom CNC laser plates and brackets recently, any flat mild steel plates up to 20mm thick, and stainless in 15mm. We also have a CNC pressbrake so bent brackets/mounts can be made too.

So naurally I thought of the Volvo world first, ideal for making your own tubular manifolds.

Drop me a message on here if you require anything.

Ben.

Awesome, Ben cut my 16T flange from stainless for me, I was very pleased with it. I machined the sealing groove in it on my lathe but if you don't have the facility to do that there is a gasket available for one of the later Volvos that uses the straight flange exhaust housing. You can use my CAD files if you want to Ben.

Thanks James, I came across a folder full of various flanges from 4/5/6 cylinder whiteblocks, Redblocks and a range of turbo and wastegate flanges a while back.

I can also draw any custom flanges on CAD should anyone require it.

Hi Ben,

How much would it be for a B230 8v exhaust manifold flange in stainless... Better yet how much for a stainless exhaust manifold with a V-band thingy for a wastegate and V-band for a turbo inlet.

Cheers!

Hi mate, I'd do you one for £35.

Unfortunately I won't be doing any stainless manifolds due to the work involved, they certainly wouldn't be cheap.

Ah you should have just sent me a message here.
So, do you want stainless or mild steel? And stock port shape or round?

Ben.

Sorry dude, slipped my mind! I'll stick with mild steel and standard port shape.

Sorry to bump an old thread, I can't PM people yet!

Are you still offering this service? I am after a stainless 8v flange!
