Default bolts and screws

Can anyone recommend somewhere that sells 8.8 black bolts that secure the ignition coils on a Volvo V70? Also, the T35 screws that secure the engine cover.

I would them to be OE but I don't want to use Volvo as they'll charge the earth.

If your fussy about the type of bolts the best place would be to just get them from a scrap car at the breakers.
As long as you know the the diameter and thread pitch then any place that sells nut and bolts from motor factors to screwfix to halfords etc.

Any decent enigineering supplier should be able to sell those sort of items straight over the counter, being in Birmingham I would have thought there would be hundreds if not thousands of such places to choose from - Mike

I've got an amazing DIY shop around the corner from me but the bolts they supply are not OE looking.

Hi,
The T35 screws for the engine cover have a step in them that acts as a spacer. I would have thought the ONLY place you'll get these (new) are from the main dealer. I bought some (part number Q00986009) and with VOC discount, they cost £2.92 for 6.
