Was the throttle body installed with the plastic plate facing the air filter? It is possible to install it in the wrong orientation which could impact performance.

Tried all the above. Reset the CEM but still no joy and got a few errors back so it's time for her to go.

ECM-1600 Boost pressure sensor - signal too low
CEM-1A5D Communication with CEM module Signal missing
ECM 170F Boost pressure sensor - Faulty signal
ECM 917F Accelerator pedal position - Faulty signal

Plus this lot!

Any takers?

All the interested noises and now nothing. Disappointing.

The "Faulty signal / Signal missing" codes could be indicating that connector plug not making good contact rather than a fault with the CEM itself - the low boost pressure might be direct result of the "Boost pressure sensor - Faulty signal".

If the TCM/CEM have been disturbed at all it could simply be that the pins haven't seated properly in the sockets, missing sensor inputs would probably give those codes. For what it is worth whenever I remove a connector of any description I spray it with switch cleaner if it's the female connector or gently run a piece of emery cloth over the male connectors before I spray them too.

Not sure if this is any help or not but I had some boost pressure sensor codes come up while I was troubleshooting my throttle body and these two codes went away once I corrected the throttle body problems.

I too am thinking a loose connection at the ECM. Take the cover off the ECM/TCM assembly and push down firmly on both the ECM and the TCM. If they are not correctly seated all hell brakes loose.
