A selection of the units I tow. Also have a 3.5T twin axle flatbed, Halfords style 'wheel barrow', 3.5T twin box trailer, 3T curtain sided box trailer etc. Most of these are over the Volvo's weight limits though, use vans & Discovery3 Landy due to needing a Tacho for business use. My little Marauder caravan is only 700kg though easy to forget it's on the back!

Bought our first caravan last year, towed it home with my S60, it was slightly too heavy for it but towed it perfectly

So bought something bigger to tow it

Here’s our v60 and Swift paired up for the first time a couple of days ago. Took the 350+ miles from north York’s to Cornwall in its stride.

Nice looking outfit. Did you by any chance take the M5 south after the M4 earlyish one morning? If so I’m pretty sure I spotted you while I was going the other way, I thought it was a smart looking pairing.

By co incidence we have a white V60 D6 Hybrid towing a Swift Eccles - and the first tow with the outfit last month was to Cornwall from West Yorks!

Hello, yes we were on the M5 on Sunday so could have been us 👍. Towed really well with plenty of power and felt in control all the time. Was a little nervous as towed with a Porsche Cayenne for the last 6 years which was a lot heavier. However the Porsche was petrol and to be honest the V60 is easier with all that torque. Good to be back in a Volvo!
