It is most probably because the image is too large. Resize it down a bit and have another go - thre is a limit to the size of image that will upload.

From the number 3472121-7 googling gets me to a Volvo 440 460 catalogue with a towbar on that number, their line drawing looks similar but not the same as your photo. Might be worth following that line.

The label you've photographed would appear to be more of an address label or consignment label with 51080 being the distributor/dealership number. Do you have a photo of the label in the middle of the bar with the blue bit?

Default Still can’t match to any other images I can find

Still doesn’t look like it is right for the 440 from what other images I can find, it’s very frustrating as I am sure someone, somewhere, with the right car would love to get hold of a new OEM towbar!

Can you take it in to a dealership and get the info from them? You could tell them that you have been given it and need to know which car it is supposed to fit. If it is not for your car you can then say that you will dispose of it through the VOC.

I don't see how it could fit my 460.

That blue label confirms the part number, searching the web again I found one in Bulgaria (I think) here
One of the issues I've found in the past when researching things like towbars online is that many suppliers will use a generic image of a towbar for all models, so the image doesn't actually look like the real thing.

A quick search on VIDA also confirms that the part number is for a towbar to fit 440/460 models.

Having just looked at your photo again: the towbar matches the line drawing in VIDA.
