Default T4 performance still supprises me

Replaced the FPR a couple of weeks back and cars running great, did a quick 30-70 run and was pretty surprised by the performance of these cars!

Stock T4s are rapid cars. My only criticism of them is they struggle to put down the power! They are very dramatic in lower gears. Once on the move drive great though and good on fuel

I know what you mean, my T4 surprised a civic type r earlier lol

I'd just come out of a junction and he came up behind me quite quick, as soon as he put his indicator on to overtake, i gave it some... don't think he expected it!!

I just replaced all my tyres with Toyo Proxes T1Rs and the difference is amazing in the dry - Not as good in the wet as my old vredestein quatrac 3s but in the dry they're great. 1st is still mental, second holds grip but you can feel it twitching and they grip so much better round corners.

I saved the Vredesteins for winter, I'll swap them back then as they are a lot better in the wet than the Toyos

Im bored of the power and need more!

Toyo T1R's are amazing on these cars for a summer tyre. For a winter tyre, forget it. I run some manky 15's with Dunlop winters when the weather gets crap.

My mums V40 was comedy under full power in 2nd lol. I remember that time she was going up a hill and the car went side to side lol! It was a right laugh.
