Air Con Issue S60

Hi, got an issue with the AC where the drivers side blows the right temperature to what is set but the passengers side will only blow hot air no matter what.

Has anyone came across this before or have and ideas what it could be?

It’s a 2019 S60 which I’ve only just got after having one a few years ago so still under warranty and booked in at local Volvo dealer to diagnose.

Sounds like the air mixing flap is stuck or not responding.
