I have a XC90 D5 2005my.

Its runs rough on first start up and lacks power, once warm its fine.
I have had it looked at had the filter changed which has made no difference.

-Meassure the returnflow over the injectors max 40ml/minute pro injector
-check pressure and flow of the intankpump
If ok
Check the pressure controlvalve in the fuel rail
if all above is ok
Then probably a faulty high-pressurepump

But if you also have high pressure alarms then the pressure controlvalve on the right side of the commonrail is a high suspect
