Default smoke from oil cap and dipstick, no vacum on oil cap

I'm new to this forum after i recently bought an S60 2005 with a d5 diesel engine. I searched all similar posts regarding this issue but never found an complete solutios what could cause this. Beeing new here i probably missed something :-). Saw a couple of posts telling that smoke comming from the dipstick can be caused by the dirty PCV system but the oil filler tap was sucked in by the vacum.
Mine instead:
- uses about 2lt of 5w40 oil on 10k kilometers
- a little bit of vapourlike smoke from oil filler tap and the tap is NOT beeing sucked in by the engine (just like on this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=knxF8c7aXLs)
- a little bit of vapourlike smoke comes out of the dipstick
- the turbo is dry
- no faults displayed or red out by the dealer
The power is quite good, not quite sure because i had no other to copare with.
Could anyone help me out with the question why the engine is comsuming oil?

With this engine a bit of smoke out of the cap/tube is normal ,provided it is not excessive or with pressure.
This is caused by the pvc valve thats a valve that only let crankcase fumes trough with a bit of pressure difference, and if you open the cap it cant build up pressure
Every engine uses a tiny bit of oil because otherwise there would be no lubrication
2 liters of oil in 10000km is also not excessive or abnormal with respectable milages.
In effect you can stretch the drain interval a bit because of fresh dopes added due to the oilusage

Vacuum on oilcaps are only valid with gasoline engines because of a closed throtle at idle wich sucks trough the crankcaseventilation
