Default Strange drivers window issue

I am seeing a strange effect with the drivers side window. If the window is opened normally and allowed to go down past half open or to the bottom fully open and then the window switch is flicked to raise the window it powers to the top, then once it gets to the top closed point it then powers down again to the bottom. If however, you A: keep your finger under the switch button until it reaches the top it stays there. B: If the window is brought up from the half way point in little "jumps" it also stays shut when it reaches the top.
The other windows do not do this, you can give them one upward flick to close and they go straight up and remain closed.

I know the window has a sensor somewhere to stop jamming on anything in the window like a child's arm and I wondered if this could be the issue, or its me not operating it correctly. Cant locate anything in the drivers handbook about this though.

The problem started yesterday after going in for a 4 wheel laser alignment and by the looks of it a computer was left inside with the window left half open.
Any ideas on this?. I have asked the forum before hooking up Vida for errors which is my next step based on any feed back.
