I just need to know how to get money back
I got an independent mobile mechanic to come out and he’s photographed and recorded all the faults.
Seller won’t answer phone or texts
Small claims a court an option?
I had a similar experience with my XC60. Having spent over £2000 to fix the faults, and documented all to the selling garage, I completed all the online forms for Small Claims Court. 3 days before the deadline, garage called me to say they had transferred all the money I had spent plus the court fee. If under 6 months, you are very well protected and I will definitely go for it.
