seat height adjuster p1800 '67

Hi, im after a seat height adjuster for the above. There are two types - wide and thin. Has anyone got a fat one please. It sits on the rail and slides up and down with the seat but has one bolt on the top that holds the seat in place.

I've got some seat runner around. Do know the dimension of the narrow vs. wide? I'll try to post some photos of what I think you are after but I though those only came one dimension.
