Default Rocker cover

Hi,

I'm after a funky rocker cover to finish the engine off a bit better. Anyone got a rocker cover like the: Ellemann-jakobsen or a IPD Volvo badged one or something along those lines that they'd be willing to sell? Don't mind if it is a bit tatty...

Thanks but want one of the aluminium finned type. Preferably an old one otherwise probably go for the one KG sells and may modify it to look a bit more retro.

Indeed THE kg one looks more vintage than THE ipd one. Pricing difference between the 2 is basicly aprox. 40 GBP in favour of IPD though....

'THE ipd one...'???

I know of at least 5 different versions that IPD has sold over the years....

The most vintage looking one in my mind is the rarest. I have only seen two of them. Those are the 'IPD Portland, Ore.' I also think those were the first cast ones they produced.

Hi Chris,

Yeah I know there are a few varieties. Any would do except the one with the stick on badge, I think that was the case. For me it's about finishing the look of the engine off nicely rather than buying a collectors item though.

Cheers,

Mitch

Thanks, they look okay. Thinking of getting one like that and setting in a Volvo (words) badge on top.
