440 Fault codes

Hi All. I have a few problems with my 440 Si 1.8 B18U motor, how can I find the fault diagnostics, they are not in the Haynes Manual.

Have you got the on-board diagnostic unit under the bonnet?

Hi thanks for replying, yes i do have the little diagnostic box, but I don't know how to use it.

go onto the 480 club europe home page and go to the downloads section.

After almost an hour and giving up, I find the Volvo 480 Europe website harder to get into than fort Knox. But i'll keep trying!!!

why didn't you try the site I posted in answer to your original question? The link appears to work fine and the section on diagnostics seems to be what you require?
