Default 03 v70 2.0t transmission go into neutral

Hello. I recently bought a 2003 V70 with the 2.0t petrol engine. I've had some small issues with my transmission, and have been searching and reading about it alot for the last couple of days. The problem seems to be related to the neutral mode the transmission got. I went to the local volvo shop and got the avalible software upgade, wich didn't seem to help alot.

The problem is that the car goes in to neutral when Im driving slow downhill, in stop and go traffic and at red lights. It don't only do this when i push the brake, it does this also when I'm only releasing the gas pedal - only when driving for less than 30 mph or stops. If I'm not careful, and pressing the gas pedal too fast the car revs a bit and the gearbox forces into gear with a small knock.

The transmission shifts smoothly anywhere else. Fluid looks red and nice, and has been changed two times. Car has droven 137 000 miles.

Anyone been having similar problem, or have any advice of what I could do?
