Default Heavy Duty Clutch

Chaps,

Whilst I'm still hunting down mystery banging in the front suspension I'm casting my mind forward to the sunny uplands of M47 conversions.

I've got everything I need for the conversion sat in the shed and a brother with all the know-how sat in Devon but I'm still a bit iffy on the clutch plate. I bought a genuine LUK RepSet clutch off ebay which, whilst looking very servicable, doesnt look as heavy duty as the one which came out of the M47 donor car. Does anyone have a good source for heavy duty clutches to suit a B230F/M47 combo? I'm not looking for anything "high torque" since my B230F is totally stock however I'm going to spend a lot of time towing boats through Cornwall and Wales this year so something with a bit of meat on would be preferred if I'm not going to burn it out by September.

Thanks

Alex

I have a fair few options on heavy duty clutches. As you are towing you dont want something too heavy either.
