Default Loss of power

Hi there, recently bought a 2010 XC90 2.4l Auto and to be honest it has spent more tie in the dealership than on my driveway. Main issue is when driving/accelerating up an incline or hill intermittently the car developed power issues and its like it goes into a limp mode although you can still slowly get it up to 60mph. The car was taken back to garage I bought it from and they didnt believe me funny that, eventually it was sent to a volvo dealer and they diagnosed the problem to a defective Boost Presure Sensor. This was replaced and 2 weeks later same issue again. It went back to the dealership and now they have replaced the intercooler and funnily enough 2 weeks later it has developed same issue. I am now wondering is this fault common among these cars or am I just unlucky, I did notice they have not replaced the flexible hose that connects to the intercooler which may not be a problem but I would have thought this would be more likely to develope into a fault than the intercooler which did appear to be in good condition. Any help would be appreciated as now thinking about cutting loses and getting rid of this car.
