Right Folks,
After reading the advice here, I have called MIB again this afternoon and have been assured the file for Mr M Ghani was closed & destroyed (according to MIB) in April 2008, The so called M Ghani was never traced. Credit Claims management were instructed by MIB not to pursue any further in 2008 ,why they are sending me a letter MIB cannot understand and will look into this and have asked for the copies original letter which I will pop in post for them. Credit Claims management however deny that this is the case and are adamant they recieved no instructions from MIB regarding closure of file so I have referred them to my 2 calls to MIB with names of agents I spoke to who Assured me calls have been recored and noted for future reference,The lady I spoke to today had details of exact conversation from yesterday which was very assuring for me.
