Default S40 phase 1 bumper trim removal

Hi guys, I hope you answer this question for me, I'm looking at removing my bumper trims on my S40 as especially on is scratched quite deeply.

Just to clarify its the black plastic bumper trims that house the side lights, any help on how to go about removing them would be appreciated!

Easy but hateful at the same time. There should be screws visible when you take out the light and then some press tabs to remove it from the inner plastic and then pull, it feels brutal and is but has to be done.

How much room is there be hide the panel? and can you refit it afterwards if you say its a bit brutal to remove? just thinking it would be a good place to put some day light running led strips (waterproof) in - anyway it was just a idea lads..
