My s40 has a very ever so slight lumpy rough idle, hardly noticeable but it's there, car drives and pulls well as usual, the needles aren't dancing,no warning lights, filters are all new.any ideas what it might be I am going to clean the egr valve and renew the o ring were it seeps oil.bit of a strange one.

Yeah give the EGR a good clean with some carb cleaner and do the throttle body too and make sure the hose is clean.

That should sort it out
