Out with the old and in with the new
The learning curve begins - bought this yesterday - my first car that doesn't have spark plugs - what have I done.

You very quickly get used to running a diesel. Modern diesel engines are very reliable. The only thing that you have to really concentrate on is making sure you put diesel fuel in it and not accidentally put in petrol which would kill the engine. For some strange reason the filler system on modern cars uses a larger nozzle for diesel than petrol so you cannot put diesel into a petrol tank but that mismatch is nowhere near as damaging as the other way around and for that you are not protected and have to make sure that you don't make the mistake because even if you don't kill the engine, the cost of dumping the mixed fuel and cleaning out the tank is not cheap. Apart from that, enjoy your diesel motoring for as long as the environmentalists let you!

So just run it up on the laptop - I've one error which first occurred 12 minutes before the last service history invoice was raised, so I guess its a lose connection,
ECM-PO18300 - Fuel Temperature Sensor A Circuit High - guess I should be looking on the fuel rail for sensors? Well happy with just one fault code though.
